Q: I'm interested in dark fiber or waves but I have specific routes I'd like to avoid and others I'd like to stick with. Can you provide this?

A: Sure, we can request route maps, KMZs, etc from vendors to ensure we have designed the network you need. 

Q: How do we contract directly with Speedy Telecom?

A: As a sales agent representing multiple companies, Speedy Telecom acts as a consultant to you, recommending products and services for your use. Ultimately, all contracts are written between you and the company you do business with. I simply ask that orders are funneled through Speedy Telecom.

Q: Most vendors want to sell me either DIA or IP Transit, and I think I need a combination of those for diversity. Can you design the individual components?

A: Absolutely. If diverse connections are necessary, we can design transport, bandwidth, ports, cross-connects, etc. as individual components and determine which combination provides the strongest network at a quality price.

Q: How many vendors does Speedy Telecom represent?

A: We represent approximately 220 individual companies are including Ciena, Cisco, AT&T, CenturyLink, AWS and Equinix.

Q: How long does it take to install services?

A: It depends on the service and vendor. We work closely with all our partners to set Firm Order Commitment dates and reach them.
